National Occupational Standards
We have worked in partnership with the Emergency Planning Society and Skills for Justice to develop a suite of widely recognised and respected National Occupational Standards (NOS) relating to Civil Protection.
These are mainly aimed at Category 1 and 2 Responders responsible for civil protection and have been developed by expert practitioners in the field of emergency planning, response and recovery.
Each National Occupation Standard describes the level of skill, knowledge and understanding required in the workplace.
