Duration and timing
Our courses usually last for either two or three days.
Two-day courses usually start at 10am on the first day, and three-day courses start at 2pm on the first day.
Two-day courses are designed for delegates who need to reduce the amount of time they are away from work. Actual content and training hours are the same as for three-day courses.
Accommodation and dinner
Overnight accommodation and dinner for the night before your course starts is available free of charge for courses that start at in the morning.
Please tell the reservations team when you book your course if you require these services.
Pre-course reading and instructions
All your pre-course reading and instructions are now available on iLearn, our online learning environment. Your joining instructions will include information about how to use iLearn.
