As the UK’s leading provider of Integrated Emergency Management training, our Cabinet Office-approved services are respected worldwide by international governments and organisations responsible for responding to emergencies and disasters.

We provide high quality and specialist training to countries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Recipients include national armed forces and civic bodies.

Our training focuses on Integrated Emergency Management. This emphasises the need to minimise likely impacts by ensuring agencies work as a close-knit team to prepare for and deal with key hazards.

We also offer a range of specialist training, for example, expertise in planning for flooding evacuation and shelter, as recently delivered in New Europe.

Our method

We understand that our overseas clients operate within their own unique political, social and economic environments and this is fully taken into account when designing courses to meet your specific needs.

The core process followed through the training is:

Anticipate – Assess – Prevent – Prepare – Respond – Recover

At every stage we blend local context with established good practice. Our multi-lingual training experts will work closely with you, exchanging ideas and experience, to develop bespoke training that exactly meets your needs. We will:

  • Discuss with you in detail your aims and objectives
  • Draft a course outline based on our discussion
  • Discuss the draft with you and finalise course content
  • Create comprehensive training materials
  • Deliver your course at a time and location to suit you – at our state-of-the-art training facilities or any location worldwide
  • Use your final feedback to inform future training
     

The Integrated Emergency Planning training operates at three levels:

  • Bronze (Operational)
  • Silver (Tactical)
  • Gold (Strategic) – to cover all levels of role and responsibility.


Unrivalled international experience

We have recently run Integrated Emergency Management training in Algeria, Mali, Mauritania and Morocco, all delivered in the French language. We have also run courses delivered in Arabic for United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabian delegates, both in the UK and in the Middle East, as well as training courses in Romania.

In addition, we have designed and delivered training for China, Georgia, Jordan and Singapore.
